Dr Kola Yusuff

I am a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies at UWE Bristol Business School. I am involved in the design and delivery of modules like Managing Organisational Change, Leadership, Entrepreneurship at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I joined UWE in Autumn 2022, having previously taught at University of Reading. I hold a PhD in Management Studies from the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. My research explores the ethical, political and social issues arising from current and future developments in technologies, particularly in the organisation of business, work and society. My current research addresses the attribution of responsibility and the institutional dynamics shaping the regulation of the Big Tech firms and their products and services. 

I welcome proposals from prospective PhD candidates who are interested in undertaking research on topics within the fields business, work and society and critical management studies, using qualitative methods. 

My office hours are Mondays and Wednesdays (10:00-13:00). Please get in touch to discuss alternative meeting arrangements.
